Ok so this all looks like one big mess but I was getting a good idea. I sorted all my scrap fabric into colours....
then sewed them all together in a line.......
Then made 3 lines (had to wait for kids to go to bed for this one).....
Then I made a plait from it.....
Then rolled them around in a circle, sewing them together as I go......
And hopefully one day it will be a beautiful rug. I still have to do green, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, grey and black.
Just that took a while so the whole rug may take a while but at least my scraps are serving a purpose.
